Unbelievably easy to use. I've never been one who's big on fancy wine openers (I mean, you just have to open the bottle), but this thing is revolutionary. Also, the little top cutting tool to remove the wrapping over the cork is awesome - dozens of bottles later (over time, let's not judge) and I'm still impressed by it.
We got it as a wedding gift, and love it. Strongly recommend.
Throughout my life I've gone through several foil cutters. They tend to fall apart or become so dull that they won't cut foil anymore. I haven't owned the Arch for long enough to make it dull, but it feels higher quality than the others I've owned and I really like how it stands upright. On my wine cabinet it looks unique, and one person even asked "What's that?" I always enjoy when somebody is intrigued by something so simple, it means the design is good.

I bought this because it was the only one I could find which would fit the top of my martini pitcher. The others are all too big. It is a perfect fit. I could do without the long handle, but I just store it in the pitcher. Very satisfied.
